  • Agnidushti, Aruchi is tackled by Deepana, Pachana action of most of the drugs in combination. Krishna Jeeraka, Haritaki are Vatanulomaka, Grahi helpful in tackling Atisara, Grahani and ailments associated with abdominal pain, distension and bloating. Maricha, Pippali, Shunti, Ajamoda are excellent Deepana, Pachana, Ruchikara thereby improving appetite and reducing colic. Shunti, Chitraka, Amalaki are Vibandhahara, Bhedaka helpful in Constipation. Hingu is Anulomaka, Shoolahara and KaphaVatahara, helpful in Colic pain and Adhmana. Due to Teekshna- Snigdha Guna, the drugs improve peristalsis. Vidanga, Hingu also tackles pain caused due to Krimiroga due to Teekshna Guna and Krimighna property. Yastimadhu is of Snigdha Guna and PittaVatahara, thereby regulates the metabolism and digestion. Nimbu Satwa and Shankha Bhasma by virtue of its Grahi, Snigdha Guna and calcium component help in treating Shoola, Adhmana, Grahani etc. the drugs are also Rasayana, Deepana which corrects the mal-absorptive condition by Srotoshodhana and strengthening the digestive system.
